How flexible is your work process? Can you accommodate changes in scope?
If you foresee potential changes in the project, such as scaling up or changing direction, it is best to be upfront and to avoid any major reworks which would consume much time and resources. The main resource we work with is our design time and manhours.
YHWH SHAMMAH CREATIONS would be able to help client to accommodate if we understand the scaling up or concerns or changes that the client would like to have to ensure their process or their system implementation can be achieved. We would be happy to be flexible to handle whatever changes you foresee and discussed with us.

YHWH SHAMMAH CREATIONS is an integrated one-stop engineering consultancy design firm where Civil, Structural and Architectural discipline focuses on the design, engineering, construction and maintenance of a building, road, bridge, related infrastructure, and underground works such as structure and equipment foundations which are handled by our experienced CSA team.
As an integrated engineering consultancy firm where Mechanical & Electrical discipline focuses on the mechanical and electrical systems which are handled by our experienced M&E team.
Whether designing a new building or retrofitting an existing building, our design is meant to be integrated with sustainable design to achieve a successful project and we usually begins with the proper site selection, including the existing building’s rehabilitation if brown field and our goal is to ensure all resources are well managed from energy, water and other operational cost contributing factors.
